Eileen Stewart, my former co-shareholder-partner, has been inactive in Low-Tech Ventures, Inc. since approximately January 1, 2011. She is passionate about horses and the value of their therapeutic relationship value with and recreational benefits for humans. She departed Low-Tech Ventures, Inc. and ceased being a shareholder as of December 31, 2011. She left to devote herself to rescuing unwanted horses and putting those horses to use healing disabled veterans of recent wars overseas. I wish her success in this worthy endeavor.
