I absolutely LOVE my investors. I’ve been blessed by some of the best and most patient cash investors and I appreciate them immensely! Not only that, I can give them a GREAT return on their investments.
Some of my investors got a quick return on their investment: For example I had one property I rehabbed at 301 Douglas, Bakersfield, CA 93308 that was on the market a total of 24 hours and we received a full price offer. How cool is that?
I have another investor that I just LOVE – he is my favorite, yet it was the house from hell. When I approached him I had 6 properties and he specifically asked for the one with the highest profit and the quickest returns. We did the deal…but unfortunately it turned out to be the exact opposite. I was SOO embarrassed. Luckily we squeezed out of that deal with a minimal profit and I’m now walking away with my tail between my legs.
I love that investor that believed in me, even though the property didn’t provide the results I predicted. I love all my investors. Angie and Chuck (last names withheld) were delighted with a 13% return within 5 months. What IRA gives this kind of return?
Every investor I know has profits from my relationship with them. If not, then they will.
