I love the Armando Montelongo Bus Tours. Pricey, yes, but Eileen and I got our investment back after our first flip. Armando just finished another bus tour and I invite anyone to comment on this blog that was there. How was it?
It really bothers me to see people spend so much money, attend this life-changing event, and then NOT taking ACTION. (When do millionaires take action? NOW!) People get back home, get back into their normal routine, and then there just isn’t time for real estate investing. Then there are some that try, hit a snag, then give up.
Armando designs his bus tours to be a little crazy, create a lot of excitement, and allow you to experience what success feels like. Why does he do this? Because INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE IS NOT EASY. You must push past the challenges, overcome the obstacles, and you will see the success. But remember his words: safety, speed, money.
You can read this blog and see the challenges we’ve been through – and I can go on and on with even more stories with another real estate investments I have. But I believe Armando to be correct when he says, “People overestimate what they can do in a year, and underestimate what they can do in 10 years”.

The money these classes and bus tours cost i could buy 3 houses and flip them and make my money back that way. Something i just did this weekend
