Hi Jean thanks so much for having this blog for those of us having difficulty getting offers accepted. I have 3 questions if you don’t mind
1) Once you find a zip code you want to flip at are you having a realtor send you listings or are you accessing the listings from listingbook.
2) Are you submitting pics with your offers?
3) Are the majority of your offers submitted thru a listing or buyer’s agent?

1. I make probably 10 offers a week. So, no, I don’t depend on agents to send me listings. I find my own.
2. I only submit pics when there is a counter offer and I need to justify my position.
3. I personally use a buyers agent that is familiar with the Armando strategy and numbers. However, I do know of another successful student that only makes offers through the listing agent and that has worked well for him.
