Find the Best Flipping Cities by Zip Code

Fellow Real Estate Students,

I stumbled upon a really cool feature in RealtyTrac where you can select an area and determine which zip codes offer the best spread between foreclosure sales and retail sales.  This feature isn’t easily found – so I created a video of it.

      I fixed it, but a word of warning: Realty Trac has since changed this feature, but it still allows you to look at the trends. Good luck!
