I’ve used Land Trusts for the last year for my real estate purchases – it’s been so EASY to take title in the trust and then either:
- Wholesale to another
- Raise money from Cash Investors
- Resell to a Cash Buyer

Disclaimer – I am not an attorney or an expert on this subject, just sharing what has worked for me.
